HMCO Commercial GmbH & Co. KG has existed in its present form since 1993 and emerged from HEMA-Immobilien, which was founded in Aachen in 1967. Today, we are represented with offices in Aachen, Berlin, Düsseldorf and Leipzig, and we have a team of highly motivated and qualified team of employees, experts and partners as well as a global network of experts . We have always regarded our particular field of expertise as commercial investment real estate. Generally speaking, the individual transaction volume starts at around EUR 5 million.
We operate in Germany, our neighbouring countries in Europe and North America and like partnerships at home and abroad.
